TERMS OF SALE (B2C)

1. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern purchases of products made on this website by consumers (“Customer”, “you”) from Aurum Nara (SAS), 49 avenue Victor Hugo, 75016 Paris, France (“we”, “us”). The Terms applicable are those available on the website at the time of your order.

2. Products
Products offered for sale are those displayed on the website, subject to availability. We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions are accurate. Photos are for illustration only and are not contractual.

3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges (if any) are shown before you confirm your order. The price payable is the price displayed at checkout when you place your order.

4. Order process
You place an order by selecting products, validating your cart, providing the requested information, accepting these Terms, and paying. An email confirmation is sent after the order is placed.

5. Payment
Accepted payment methods: Shopify Payments. Payment is due in full at the time of the order. If payment is refused or fails, we may cancel the order.

6. Delivery
Delivery methods, areas, fees and estimated delivery times are presented during checkout and on the Shipping Policy page. You must provide a valid delivery address. You must check your parcel upon receipt and contact us promptly in case of damage, missing items, or delivery issues: contact@aurumnaraparis.com

7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, email contact@aurumnaraparis.com with your name, order number and the item(s) concerned.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused/unworn, complete and in their original packaging.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., engraving), where applicable.

8. Returns and refunds

Refunds are issued using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof of shipment, where applicable). Standard outbound shipping fees are not refunded (unless required by law).
