SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping destinations
We ship across the European Union. Other markets will follow shortly. If outside of the EU, email us at contact@aurumnaraparis.com to express your interest, mentioning your location. We will do our best to find a solution! 

Order processing & availability
We prepare orders within 1–5 business days in normal circumstances. During product launches, peak periods, or where additional quality checks are required, processing may take longer.

All items are offered subject to availability. Although we do our best to keep stock information accurate, occasional discrepancies can occur. If an item you ordered is not available or cannot be shipped within a reasonable time, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer one of the following options:

  • shipment once the item is available (with an updated estimated dispatch date),

  • an alternative item, or

  • cancellation and a full refund for the unavailable item (or for the entire order, at your choice).

Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination and carrier. These times are indicative.

Shipping fees
Shipping fees are displayed before you confirm your order.

Tracking
When available, tracking details are sent by email once your order ships.

Customs / duties (outside the EU)
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery issues
If your parcel is damaged, missing, or delayed, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@aurumnaraparis.com with your order number and photos (if relevant).
