RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email contact@aurumnaraparis.com and include:

• your full name

• your order number

• the item(s) concerned

Return conditions
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused/unworn, complete, and in their original packaging. Items returned damaged, worn, or incomplete may be refused.

Non-returnable items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., engraving), where applicable.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned items (or proof of shipment, where applicable). Standard outbound shipping fees are not refunded (unless required by law).
